lyrics

/

Moscow is waking up
But you’re somewhere, where the sun is about to set,
And billboards are winking at oncoming cars.
Where I am – it’s not that lovely.

How are you? Any news?
Can you hear me? It’s Komsomolsk-on-Amur.
How are you? Any news?
On the Shibuya crossroad.

Berlin is waking up,
You’re off to shift in Melbourne.
Then a holiday in Bali
And I’m in Tomsk – it’s nice here.

How are you? Any news?
I’ve cut the wires.
How are you? Any news?
I’ve burnt down the servers.

Replace clock hands here and there,
Reset your AM and my PM.
And maybe then I’d be happy in the mornings
By your side, where I am, where you are.

The story of our friendship starts in early 2000's when most of us used to play in local DIY Hardcore and Post-Hardcore acts and after this experience we formed Bicycles for Afghanistan as our softer and melancholic side of nature. ... more
